Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 hour after submission (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Order same day shipping "cut-off" is 2:30 Central Time
  • Cold product orders ship via 2-Day Shipping to protect product integrity.
  • Cold products ship Monday through Wednesday only.
    • Orders placed Thursday or Friday will ship the following Monday, unless you request Overnight Shipping at an additional charge.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate of $15 on all orders up to $199.
  • Free Shipping on orders over $200 (up to 10 lbs).
  • Flat Rate of $30 on orders over 10 lbs.
  • Actual Carrier Cost applies for heavier orders over 10 lbs that exceed standard rates. You will be contacted with a shipping quote if applicable.

Shipping Methods

  • We primarily ship via UPS to provide reliable service and competitive rates.
  • Economy Shipping generally takes 3-4 business days for delivery.
  • PO Box Addresses: Only USPS Standard or Expedited Shipping is available. Any other shipping method may result in a return to sender.

Cold Product Shipping Details

  • All cold product shipments use 2-Day Shipping.
  • Cold shipments only go out Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
  • Orders placed Thursday or Friday will ship the following Monday unless you request Overnight Shipping with additional charges.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking information will be sent to you via email when your order ships.
  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please wait 5 business days before contacting us at sales@medpharmausa.com.
  • For packages lost in transit, please contact us for further assistance.
  • Stolen packages are not the responsibility of MedPharma USA. We recommend contacting your carrier or local authorities.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot update the address. Contact the carrier directly for any changes:
    • USPS: 1-800-275-8777
    • UPS: 1-800-742-5877
    • FedEx: 1-800-463-3339
  • MedPharma USA is not responsible for incorrectly addressed orders and cannot issue refunds or replacements in such cases.

Fulfillment Center Hours

  • Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, closed on weekends and major holidays. This may affect processing and shipping schedules.
